First character recommendations

I've played a lot of DAoC but never mid. I guess it's time. What is a good class for a first toon that is okay at farming, Solo PvE and will work in a PvP group. Thinking this guy will earn money for the Warrior, or Zerker I eventually want to run. Note I just say okay it doesn't have to be great at any of them just slight above M'eh,

BD, Supp SM or Shaman are all good choices

Are you solo farming or just want to make it into groups? Shaman can do both, though solo farming is work and group farming is semi afk. BD is good.. you can go dark/supp and be fine for groups and able to solo farm fine. Every rvr and pve group needs a healer.. Warrior is also fine it'll just be slower to solo farm, though you can take on umbroods or even hulks solo for seals.

Hmm... farming, goldmaker, solo pve but efficient in rvr.
Guess an aug/cave shaman would do if u're fit with kiting ?
For my part, i prefer the sm option tho, /xp off at 49.5, so u can go summon for lazy farming pp with only need of pom pots (u have red buffs for the pet, u don't need any) and switch to supp or darkness for rvr.
