Class population

Greetings. I have fond memories of Midgard. Never reached level 50, but had lots of fun anyways.

I’m planning to roll a Warrior and Berserker and figure out which I’d main. I played Skald and Thane on live servers to ~40.

When you’re building groups for whatever what classes do you have trouble finding?

For leveling its mostly ppl looking for shamans/healer or any pbaoe (sm bomb spec or ae runemaster) but thanks to the social bonus you will even get groups with less wanted charakters most of the time (ofc not as easy and fast).

Just play what you like. For now there a alot of groups leveling

Ye what Dwanex said - just play what you enjoy. You will have no issue finding a fast xp group for shaman/healer/warrior/pbaoe(maybe RM AE). The rest of the classes just have to use a little luck but all classes are welcome to fill spots for social xp bonus.

Even though "bomb groups" are popular, I always see them looking desperately for tanks to taunt mobs. Even Berserker can fill this role.

It was so easy to level a Thane i dunno if I cba to level something else. You get a AoE RM and Warrior built into one class.
RM have it very easy to get group with either AE DD or PBT, and Thane got it even easier.

I played a Thane on Gheris, they were fun, and got some decent buffs after I had left.

I wanted to do some pure melee this time.
