Does someone can tell me if Savage and Berseker can have Charge?

I don't play either class, but I'm fairly certain they both get charge, but it's OF charge.

Well, I stand corrected. Coulda swore I saw charge when I tried sav/zerk for the i30 bg, but I've slept since then

Charge really is irrelevant here, its OF charge which is just like a free endo sprint not the NF charge that is actually worth knowing about.
