The most used spec prior to the pet nerfs was 46 dark for the 50% debuff. It remains to be seen what will happen with BD pets, and if the darkness line gets shafted the next build will be 38 dark/38 supp for 30% debuff, the higher lifetap delve, and the friendly abs buff. Most people do not go 40+ supp unless they solo. Most people do not go BA as main line unless they are pve only
