Before i can get into detail, why you insult me? You can have different opinion than me that's fine but not in this tone. This is not okay, behave like a decent human being.

There is no cost unreasonable its calculated, to be transparent here are the costs in detail:

1. ROGS

Ring 1 72.7 Uti 5p
Ring 2 79.3 Uti 5p
Belt 79.7 Uti 5p
Bracer 1 106.7 Uti. 20p
Bracer 2 83.3 Uti. 5p
Gem 81.0 Uti 7p
Neck 79.3 Uti 7p
Total utility of 7 parts 582 /7 = 83.1 Uti. on average /// 54 Platin

Like you see the ROGS are already alone 54 Platin. I farmed 5/7 of these ROGS on my own and these price points are the same i would sell them or similar items in my House. In my House 4772 you can see similar items and how expensive these are. You cant buy 7 x 83.1 Uti. NS items that fit together for cheaper in the HZ market.

2. Armor
2x Hand 500g + 500g (extra one to switch from blade/pierce)
2x Feet 500g + 500g (extra one to switch from blade/pierce)
Head 1300g
Arms 1000g
Legs 1200g
= 5.5 P
These are the cheapest prices in the Housing Zone and some even under it.

3. SC/PROCs

Each SC 250 Gold x 7 = 1750gold
Heal Procs 7x 800g = 5600gold
= 7350gold cut down to 7300gold straight

4. ROGS - Armor - SC/PROCs

ROGS 54.000 gold
Armor 5.500 gold
SC/Procs 7.300 gold
= 66.800 gold


The rest 2.700 Gold is my Builduing fee for putting this template together, craft the items, buy the nessasary missing items etc.

This Template has a worth already of 66.800 gold and now you ask me to include the missing items? Galla Chest is 8p, Glaciar Cloak is 4p, 4x MP crafted weapon cost on average 3.5p each = 14 platin. So together 26 Platin extra cost. You idea is to include these items and then i sell it all together for 95.5p?

Do you think this would increase my chance to sell this template or lower it?

When people want these items they can buy them on there own the most difficult part i done for them to combine the high utility expensive ROGS together and SC calculation.
