Wondering if Bards work as intended/properly?

Hello,

I don't have that much Classic experience so I might be wrong but it feels to me like Bard spells resist way too often and I was told there is no RA like on live to help with the resists. On top of that I'm using blue POM as we speak and it doesn't seem to be doing anything really. I might be wrong again but I figured i'd make a post to see and it can be fixed if it's not normal.

I will say I felt much more resisted on Bard then I did playing Pachealer or Minnie or Sorc. I rarely ever get resists with them unless fighting deep purples.

Now I haven't actually sat down and done the 1000 cast test, just going off general gameplay.

On the flipside, I still feel like my necro gets resisted a whole lot more than any other caster but again haven't done an official test.
