Transmorgifying hammer

looking for the name of the 1h crush SI weapon (had a blue, lightning glow on live 15 years ago) that was extremely slow attack speed. Something like 4.5 spd 1h. Wanted to know if it's on this server. Think it was called Transmorgifying Hammer.

hammer exists, there is 2 in housing atm (search for transmog)
