Proc lifetap or dmg add with LW

Hello,

What is the best for a large weapon between the next 2 procs?
- 65 Lifetap
- 11.3 Dmg Add 30 sec

Also if you have examples of damage or proc frequencies.

always swap your weapons.

I would go full burst on a champion but I'm lazy so not the best advicer for sure :p
