This was something close to what I had playing live...maybe I had 50 cd and lower blades(39) and envenom(34)

Worked really well. How about here?

I'm not going to comment on the CS, as others have more experience with it than I do here, but I would recommend 50 Blades and lower CD because the rear Blades chain is really good and spammable on a runner, especially if you swap to a slow weapon for the 2nd part of the chain.
