Nightshade Realm Abilities

Hey folks,

I am having a ton of fun on this server with the ability to try different spec combos for my NS, and change up between battle/healing for my warden as groups are available. Just spent some time in Thid and capped out - was curious what a good investment in the early RA's are?

I definitely prioritized Tireless and Long Wind already, but have some more to spend and trying to figure out where to start. Any thoughts appreciated!

Purge 2 into Vanish 1 was the route i took. You always need purge, and my fights and just walking around out of stealth I get added on, so vanish feels like a must have.

After that it’s really up to the player. Mastery of Pain, Mastery of Arms, toughness, aug dex/str depending on spec.

I’m torn when it comes to viper, as the damage was cut severely. Maybe at higher rank.

I think when starting out its easy to get tempted by alot of cheap passives. But i find that Purge will always trump the others. Depending on your playstyle u might go lower or higher but i always go for 4-5 purge at the start. I dont think Viper is worth it, overall i think MoA MoP will be more bang for your buck. Start with Tireless and Long wind 1 ( manditory for all classes imo). I havent tried Vanish yet on Phoenix, but as i understand its more "live" then classic. In any case i would get vanish 2 or none at all, i find the 2 secs not really helpful when u have a zerg or 8man chasing you.


1.Purge 3 to start.
2. Mastery of Arms
3. Mastery of Pain
4. Toughness
5. Aug dex/str depending on weap choice / Avoidance of magic is a good choice aswell i think.
