House 4773 in Aber is open to all.

You can bind, and give yourself another place to release, like one place with regular bind and another with /release house.
You can use account vault, hib teleporter, and hastener.
Most importantly, you can access the vault. Anything left in the vault can be taken by anyone else.
So if you want leave some low level crap in there, low level xp items, swap say a non tradeable item, etc to a stranger or to a buddy on a different account-- u can.
But don't leave anything you can't live without as anyone can access it. But you could throw extra stuff there and pay it forward to a newb getting started.
Eventually there will be a consignment, of course no access to that.
