New player needs advice for templating

Got 50 yesterday on my main. Completed Lost Seed. I plan to attend the Galla raid tomorrow.

What else should I be doing to get to end game?

Depends on what class you play. In general Galla chest is a wanted item and Chunk of Legion (power charge). And depending on the class some other toys (weapons for example).

If any kind of melee class I always suggest the following;

SI necklace (which you should have)
Frontier merchant cloak
Two Tark rings

That will give you enough utility on 4 items that will make it easier to fill in the other ones (bracers + belt)
