Are there any drops that have a raging power-like charge or use on them? If not what about an MCL-like charge or use?

Nosdoden and Legion both drop strong mana-recharge items...Legion is the stronger and cheaper one

BTW how hard is legion? I have a verd animist and my roomie has a Druid — what else would I need?

It's a raid encounter.

afaik you can kill it with a group if they know what they are doing. But it's far easier on a raid. (as long as your raid doesn't have people dieing, because legion heals everytime that happens)
