Item with charge S/C - Phoenix Freeshard

They did drop during Beta, but a merhcant is added in TNN that sells charge items for 10k feathers that covers all the buffs.

I am unsure what you mean, you don't have 1 item that provide all buffs. If you need a 75 dex/quick buff, you can buy an item with 10 charges that provide you with that dex/qui buff for 10 minutes with 2 minutes cooldown on /use. That cooldown is shared with all the other items. They are very popular to use in groups to get the highest con buff for a primary stat.

Awesome, thanks for the info! I haven't played yet so I'm unsure of everything Phoenix has to offer. Been gathering info where I can.

Nope, 10 charges. Costs 100 g to restore them so no big deal

ok thanks for the information, I was afraid I need to spend 10k feathers every 10 charges

100g sounds pretty much affordable
