Comma key to equip bow, comma key to fire. Multiple comma presses to automatically reload the next shot and automatically fire the next shot. Hotbar the Critshot key. More information in my signature.

Or rebind the ranged-key to something more convenient, or drag and drop your bow to your quickbar 
1 press - draw an arrow
2 presses - auto release shot when done "drawing"
3 presses - auto re-draw
To use a Critical or Rapid shot, just press that ability instead of #1 above, then continue as normal.
Just make sure you have arrows

And you can switch arrow dmg types by drawing different dmg type arrows from your quiver to your hot bar and pressing them before shooting.
