fresh 50 nightshade spec (rr3)

With +13 I went --- 37 env, 37 stealth, 37 blades, 44 CS and 21 CD. Just looking for feedback/suggestions on specs at lower rr's. Thanks! (I'm lurikeen btw)

Comp weapon here is 52 so your rr3 spec will be 37 env, 37 stealth, 39 blades, 44 CS and 17 CD.

I'd rather lower cs a bit and give some point to cd.
