The raw information about which NPC starts the quest and where they are located is also available via a command on the Phoenix discord server. Just go into the #game-advice channel and type:
!epic
And you will get the following infos (this list not future proof!)
If you don't have discord, or want to keep a reference to this forum post, you can always ask in your realm's /adv where the epic for [insert class here] starts and I'm sure someone will have a speedy answer for you.
