You know the SI quest necklace is like 80 utility right? And there’s no templates around because rog items make everyone’s different. With a caster it isn’t too difficult to cap everything with the Galla vest, SI neck, maybe a feather weapon or cloak, and then good 55+ utility rogs.
o_O i capped everything 99% crafted armor with random rogs for around 600g spent. When people say ROGs, they mean random drops you get, jewelry / rings / bracers etc... nothing fancy / "named" etc. Just go to the market, and search for a specific item, max lvl, choose the stat you need most etc... takes a bit of time, but very easy for a caster to do. No need to spend 65k feathers..
