My wife and I recently started playing here. Pre WOW she played a friar and I played Mid. She wants to play a warden. I was going to do a VW, but I’m concerned about being frozen out of end game content. What classes go well with a Warden?
darkspire/hoh - wardens arent really used here
overland pve - can be used. but theres just not that much content to do - farming normal mobs or the cursed forest loop
pvp - a duo with warden isnt as strong as a bard and something would be. doesnt mean that it wont work, just are stronger combos.
now a warden in a 8 man group for pvp is definitely good and needed.
as for what class for you to pick? probably bm or vw.
vw is about to get buffed and will be doing even better damage soon but lacks a shield for guard.
bm is also getting some buffs with their styles and also can guard your grp.
my advice is to convince bard/bm or bard/vw combo if you plan on duoing in RvR.
