Yes they are needed but full want exp fast and not willing to do old school type groups. Bard warden druid tank tank tank caster caster. Instead its huddle around the mushroom and let it tank. I got a hero im leveling once I get into the higher kill task items that's how I will get to 50 or join guild groups farming.
The other way is to make your own groups but druids and birds want that easylife. So good luck
