Here are some old links that are still alive. Obviously, there will be some variation per site (such as mentioning TOA, RAs that aren't relevant, 1.62 instead of 1.65, etc.) However, much of the info still stands for a server like Phoenix. In particular, the PF info as well as style growth rates are pretty relevant. As testing continues through Beta and into Live, I might compile a guide of what is actually relevant and what is not. In the mean time, it is up to the Ranger community (and to an extent, the Archer community and even the rest of the Melee community) to review what is on these sites and give relevant feedback, which would be most helpful in compiling a guide relevant to Phoenix and its particulars.
