Blademaster snare cost vs Spear Hero snare cost

Fatigue: Medium
Special: Hindered - Reduces the target's movement speed. Value 100% Duration 12 seconds

Hero - Celtic Spear
Hunter's Boon
Opening: Behind Target
Fatigue: Medium
Special: Hindered - Reduces the target's movement speed. Value 100% Duration 11 seconds

Question: Both Hunter's Boon and Snow Shower have "Medium" fatigue. Does Spear cost additional endurance though since it's bigger or is it still the same?

Nevermind. I tested it out just now. They are both the same. Just Blademaster runs out of endurance faster because they swing faster.
