archery, mastery of pain and falcon's eye

This is a total noobler question, but on phoenix archery is considered a melee attack.

So does mastery of pain work on a bow shot? If so, is there any reason to get falcon's eye?

I know that campfire damage add works for bow shots, so I'm curious on how this works.

Pain is for melee, falcon's for ranged, both , I believe, are capped at a 30% max crit on this server.

Melee crit is sort of garbage
And snipe archers don’t have Many choices so falcon eye is an okay boost

This is correct except cap percentage is 35% (mop9=25% + base crit 10% = 35%)
Mop doesn't affect archery damage.
