Any best in slot feather items for an eld?

I'm finally getting to the point of making a template for my eldritch and Im wondering if there are any specific items I should be targeting to buy with feathers? Thinking about buying one of the staffs with the high DD charge on it but dont know if any of the armor is worth it.

I know RoGs make every template different. Just wondering if there is a consensus on some items being particularly good.

from what i saw on advice channel yesterday; Galla vest (for proc), SI neck quest, Summoner cloak as basic.

i farmed some feathers (30K) but no clue where to start

Hello,

Doing my SC template, I like these items :
- Ram's Folly (20k feathers) as Staff, for the good utility and Acuity charge.
- Grand summoner Silken Cloak (15k feathers), very good utility.
- Ethereal Drakescale Bracer (15k feathers), for the D/Q charge.
- Striated Blood Vine Robe (20k feathers), very good utility and heal proc.
- Paidrean Necklace (SI quest), it's BiS and easy to catch.
TOTAL feathers = 70k, so max 7 Galladoria raids.
ENCOUNTERS needed : Evern, Galladoria, Summoner's Hall (Govannon), Dragon.

My ROG are pretty cheaps, from 51 to 71 utility.
Crafted armor pieces are all 99%.
I cap all stats for a caster : INT/DEX/CON, Hits, Power, all resists up to 26%, all skills up to 11.
And +53 strengh as an extra (otherwise you can surcap Int/dext/con vs debuffs).

I don't know if it's good or not. May lack of Power charge but you can use pots, SCL or even RP1.
