Animist solo farming. Full creep vs split spec?

What are the pros and cons in comparison of the two specs?

I’m wondering if the ablative type buffs are advantageous for creep pe
What’s the difference between level 36 and 45 creep pets?

Or the verd per differences?
They all are same level when cast

Pre the Verdant PBAOE taunt nerf the reason for split spec (37 creep/39verd) was so u could farm solo efficiently and still do group content with the second best PBAOE. I'm still split spec but have not played in a group in a long time so I don't know if the second best PBAOE is still good enough. With this spec you have the second best controlled pet also but its still summons as level 44 just like the top level pet, only difference is the ability the pet has is weaker.

IMHO if you intend to group with your ani then test 37/39 to see if it still works (i'd like to know ) if you don't then just dump all points into creeping. Having said this split spec is situationally useful when solo. I find myself dropping a controlled pet on the initial pull where I wont have many FnF pets up but might need to clear 5 or so mobs to avoid agro.

So the ability you speak of....snare and ??
It’s like they are casting lower level spell?
