About epic gear/quests

Hi,

I was wondering, is epic gear good on that server ? can some parts of it be decently used to build a template ?
+ Are the epic quests the same as on original servers? So i can follow the existant guides ? (if not thx if you could tel me where to find a phoenix epic quest guilde)

Only worth for either salvaging or using it in pve. No reactive procs and utility is mostly atrocious. But it's only the last step. So killing a mob for 2 plats is worth it

And it looks fancy.
