2 questions - Phoenix Freeshard

Hello everyone,
i've been thinking of coming to hib and have couple of questions:

1.
Would a heal spec Warden be viable ? I have a minstrel and would like to play more group oriented class this time,preferably support.
I 'm not really into 8mans,i do not mind pug grouping ,do you think i would get groups for occasional RvR with that spec?
Something like 46nur/42reg/21weapon.

2.
How often are Galladoria or epic raids in general?
Are they mostly pug's or alliance or guild organized.
I do not have much free time to play DAoC and i never played Hibernia for real,never done the high lvl stuff and i would like to explore and participate in them.
(asking cuz at one point there were like 2-3 pug Sidi+dragon raids on daily basis,due to work and lack of free toime i havent played in like 10ish days so i dunno if thats still the case)

Usually wardens are not the main healers, so I would not put that much into healing as you suggest. I think 33 is enough. I'd rather put 49 into nurt for the higher resist buffs. With 49/33 you would have left 21 for Blades (after block stun and a nice utility side combo) and 20 for parry. As there is no shield spec for a warden he won't block that often though.
This is one option of many to spec a warden. In small men groups you may want to put more into weapon for a higher damage output.
Pure group you can go 42 in heal (with some 12/6 left for blades and parry)

2:
Couple of raid per day, mostly Galla and occasionally Dragon or Legion. Thanks to Keepo and Onetwotree (and Mezmeranda?) at this point for keeping this up for us peasants.
You can join Galla raids even when they're already in progress if you can find you way through it (the trashmobs don't respawn that fast) or if you don't have to time for a complete run you can leave earlier.

Heal wardens are totally fine, cookie cutter spec is 49 nurt 42 reg 10 blades rest parry.
