Withered Oak Branch - how to use it for crafting?

Hi,
I got some of the withered oak branches yesterday but I can't figure out how to use them for crafting to get the house decoration.

The info says that I need to refine it with woodworking and it needs some polishing, but there is no recipe for it.
I also can't place it directly in the house.

There are a lot of items with text (especially from Marfach/Dodens/Albion Version). But I think they are still only sell loot.
