There needs to be a focus lvl 50 all magic gem for spellcrafters, otherwise casters are stuck using drops and rogs to build templates. So mad at the moment after I built a perfect template only to realize at the last step of spellcrafting my gear that this gem does not exist.

I disagree. This change elevates the value in both feather gear, and ROG. I think relying too much on crafted gear is a negative.

I think I've had all of 1 order for a crafted stave the entire time I've been playing on this server. There are few fletchers for a reason, especially on Midgard.

Would be "nice to have" but it's not a "must have". You can build good templates using 3x 50 Focus + 17% Resist on Staves.
As for the fletchers...give me some time and I have one in Midgard as well.
Btw once I have all legendaries in all realms, is there a speciel title for that ? Will there be one in time?
