Reactive Retributive Tincture

I bought this from Iseult in Camelot and tried to combine it with a mace using my legendary alchemist, but it said "this item can't be imbued with this tincture".

What do I need to do?

Maybe it can only be combined with armor? Will try later.

Yeah, only works on armor -> reactive, meaning you are hit and it is triggered.
Only exception on this server is a shield where a proc is active AND reactive!
