First off, this is my first post on these forums and I just wanted to thank the staff for all the work they have done to make this possible. I played DaoC at release and all through SI/ToA and this freeshard is wonderful.
Now, thinking back on my original game play back in classic, I seem to vaguely remember some type of 'crafting tasks', perhaps called Consignments? These tasks you could pick up from an NPC and they would tell you to make an item that was normally orange con to your skill level and deliver that item to another NPC. You would receive gold around the cost of the item, maybe slightly under, and these were used to level up in the higher 800+ crafting levels to reduce the cost. Maybe I'm drastically mis-remembering seeing as the last time I didn't have an excess of plat to level with was probably 15+ years ago.
My question was if there was anything like this on the freeshard to help me keep my crafting skill up as I'm leveling?
