I am an Alchemist, currently with 900 Skill and i would like to level further through Trophy Potions. Tinctures are just way too Expensive. But i cannot find a Merchant for the needed Materials. They should be in the Housing Markets, Apprentice Alchemists. They are there but they have nothing to sell, or better they arent even Merchants.
Did they move these Materials somewhere else or do they not exist?
