MID looking to have boots altered

Have 99 quality boots, and looking to have +3dex, 5% body, as close as you can get to 10% energy. PAC spell line bonuses, hit points, and matter resist (3% max) are welcome, in that order. PST to Tyrr in game, or respond to me on here.
