im linking my tutorial for LOKI version 2.0 (please note this was made several years ago, however it is still perfectly relevant)

link: https://imgur.com/a/0JPEP

if you use a different version of LOKI than the one specified in the tutorial images, i can be of no help to you. what i do know is that newer versions of LOKI (anything beyond 2.0) use the newer spellcrafting values and do not work on the classic servers.

in some cases you may need to launch LOKI as an administrator to be able to properly use all of its features.

Is there a chat log parser thingy that will work with loki like the one for moras? Or can you use a moras database with luki?

ive never tried it, but it could work in theory. as far as im aware they all use XMLs to save items so you can definitely try.

I have a solution.
Loki has an option to define unwanted bonuses on items.
The linked tutorial (which this thread is about) and the loki tutorial itself both tell you how to do this.

I'm not sure what the oracle functionality is, but I know i've made 3 templates with it and like I said it has given me no issues

You plug in your items, tell it what stats, skills, resists you want to try and cap and it figures out the best SC for your armor.
