DF Sapphire Salvage

I bought Avernal Spiked Axes (mid), at 21 sapphire seals each, which yield 37 asterite each. When Trinketing them I got only about 3.94 gold per seal back. Has anyone found anything that yields more from DF? The wisdom of the internet let me to believe this should net about 4.3 gold per. Are the values of the salvaged materials just set lower on this server?

Did you buy "Avernal spiked axe" or "Accursed avernal spiked axe"? The latter should also cost 21 sapphire seals and should give 47 asterite.

I was under the Impression that they adjusted (Wanted to) all items to have similar salvage/seal...

If two items of the same cost have so different yields it might be a bug
