With Bleeding stacking, how much are Mercs benefiting from it?

For example, is it good enough to where you aim to use Dual Shadows twice in a row?

Or does it not make that much of a difference?

I think changes to Bleed effects would be a cool buff to Light Tanks.

Maybe scale the bleed effects with level/WS and prevent them from breaking CC.

Hey, maybe also apply a 10% snare effect? Could do a lot with it.

Bleeds have already been changed here. They stack now to a max of 50 damage, which is 37 damage after resists(The normal 26). So 2 Dual Shadows as a merc will give you a constant damage of 37 very good vs. tanks.

Back with the change we had a cap of 200 damage, 148 after resists and that was just riduculous high so 50 atm is more than enough.

Also bleeds do not break CC anymore.

So overall no changes needed because they were already buffed.

It's nice but not game-breaking. I have yet to hear of a group needing a Merc because they need that DS stacked bleed.
