If you're talking about an item data base, none of them would be a good idea. If you're just talking about doing SCing and want to make sure the gems are accurate then you can use Loki 1.4 or Moras (not sure if version matters for this). There are other ones but I'm not familiar with them enough to tell you,
There is no +1 all magic / all melee gem on Phoenix. There is no 50 all focus lines gem on Phoenix.
I like Korts for ease of use. It seems that in most cases templates really only include Ancient Copper and maybe the Sidi chest. RoG jewelry gets into the 50-60 utility range on monsters a level 50 can solo and all the way up to 80-100 on raid drops, so there isn't a real need for an item database. If you're intrigued by a particular item you can manually enter the stats as needed-- just go look at the merchants near the guild creation area.
What I like to do when starting a new template is to input my highest utility RoG jewelry (45+ utility minimum for a non-caster or else you'll have some gaps) along with Ancient Copper and possibly the Sidi chest and then fill in the blanks with SC (33.5 OC). Super easy and super cheap.
