It delves for 51 so increase that by 25% because it's a player buff so it's actual value should be about 63 or 64. Also increasing your enhance with +skills and higher base skill will raise your base buff effectiveness. If you get some MotArcane you'd get some okay returns for your buffs. But even with 30enhance you have a lot better stats than with buff pot.
I'd focus on MotArts, MotArcane, aug dex to get your cast speed up first seeings you have slow 3.0 cast speed for normal dmg nuke.
If you subspec healing the faster casting will help as well.
I think it could be fun and you would really do well combined with cabby that gives you some spirit debuffs for higher dmg. The good thing about albs caster groups is most caster dmg type can be debuffed by cabby. If your cabby friend uses his sapphire pet he would see benefits from debuffing Spirit dmg as well. Also you have the stun so he wouldn't need his amber pet.
