Reasons for Alb's constant underpop and possible solutions?

Alb has generally been underpop 9/10 times I check /u.

Any thoughts on why this is?

I don't know. I haven't checked in a few weeks. Have paladins been fixed/made viable for group or solo RvR, yet?

SI Patch level with N-New Frontier RAs is kind of shafting Albs in the meta.
I don't mind it, this is not a whine. I'm just saying if you look at 100s of players it'll dissuade a few dozen away from Alb.
In actuality and inGame, it doesn't feel like the Alb Zerg lacks members, tbh.

Also Necros and Cabbas mean people don't have to group much, which means less friends, which means less cooperation later on.

You know, the green tree thing is called Hibernia, the red calice is Albion.
