PVE wizard questions

Hey All,

I know wizards are fairly straight forward but I was curious about ice wizzy specs for group PVE. Thinking 48 ice rest earth but wanted to see if that is normal.

Yes

You dont get any benefits by going that low into fire and while main spec is cold you dont have the fire debuff of earth to get your dmg amped

Also if you single nuke a target you use your cold debuff+ dmg cast and follow up with cold baseline dd
