Proc on shield

Hi, it is possible proc on my shield when ennemi strike my shield or only when i strike the ennemi with my shield?

i have put " Epic reactive Mending Tincture" and on the shield i have this message " Spell has chance of casting when this weapon strikes an ennemi "

I must use only NO Epic reactive for proc when i bock ?

Apply reactive ot works when u blok and when u hit

that is a offensiv proc and proc only if you hit ( any shild style) with shild a enemy!!!!

that is a offensiv proc and proc only if you hit ( any shild style) with shild a enemy!!!!

I have to correct you: Reactives, like ablatives, heals and DA can proc both on hit and on block when applied to a shield.
