Penetrating arrow [Scout]

Hi,

Is penetrating arrow 3 worth going for as a scout? I can see I would need 50 bow. Also what is the “chance” to penetrate In percentage?

Anyone got any experience with this?

Penetrating arrow only had a chance to break PBT, it will never break self casted BT. IMO it is slightly more useful than an unstyled attack. Very slightly.
