Necromancer Pet (self demezz) // Pet RVR CC Immunity

Is there a way to patch the Pet(self)demezz from later patches into the Game? - The Necromancer itself isnt playable in rvr without these and the later emplemented cc immunity for different lower pets(whose have the same lvl 44 as the Abomination).Back in the days the Necro was weak even WITH this changes.Only non existing Resistpiercecaps and toa caps/shademorphs has pushed him into a viable state,so i think the demezz and the cc imunity won't be to much op.its still a lvl 44 pet with lower resis and a cast/swing delay/only baseline lifetab.
