Necromancer Pet Casting Resist Rate

I'm levelling a Necromancer (39/Deathsight currently) for the first time, and I noticed that the poor Greater Necroservant fellow gets resisted a lot. I was wondering if there was any way I could improve that, and if the Mastery of Focus RA would transfer over to the pet as well. Would it simply be better to get Wild Minion levels so that when my pet does land his Power/Life Taps, they have a chance to hit much harder?

Iirc wild minion is formelee only. Your pet gets resisted because of it's level difference between it (lower than you) and your target (propably your level or maybe even above).
Juggernaut should help with raising your pet's level but I don't know if it's worth it.

Leveled a necro last week and didnt feel like the resist rates were unusually high, felt a lot worse leveling my sorc tbh. Realize this isnt much help to your questiom but yeah... :p
