Necro which stats all transfer when creating pet, trying to make a template.

I've heard some people make a normal template (cap dex/int/con/hp/pow/resists)
and have a few sc items they swap in while summoning pet to cap Str and quickness. My question is which stats actually transfer to the pet when creating it?
Do i need to cap Str/quick/con/hp/dex/int/ all resists before summoning for maximum affect? Or do i just need cap Str/con/quick/hp when summoning?

also procs on your armor dont go off when pet is hit correct?

But later on that topic it is said that things will be changed. Not sure have those changes allready made, but i am going to make template where all stats are capped so no need for casting/summoning suit.

If any players whi rvr necros read this...
Going to duo / smallman with my necro and cannot decide spec to run with... 48 sight, 24 painworking. Or should i drop sight around 40 and get painworking higher?
