Necro leveling questions

Ok so I am playing Alb again after playing Hib for a few weeks.

I decided to start a necro for the first time ever after having played DAoC for years, I just never got around to trying a necro.

So here are a few questions...

1) Is Sight the best solo build? I was reading a little and it seemed to be. Is Servant worth resepccing to if I had to happen to get a cleric to duo with me? is it good enough at low level for this or better at high level?

2) How do I tell which spells will be cast by pet and which will be cast by me then instanced by pet? Right now I am just casting the power tap dmg spell 2-3 times until mob gets to pet then I spam the life steal until it is dead. Is this typically the pattern or am I missing something?

3) If I do go servant do they have a focus shield like enchies or is it different? I have done focus pulling with my enchie many times but I hear Necro + Cleric are the best by far for this with Cabby + Cleric behind them.

4) So from my research I think I have it figured out that my necro's base stats have no effect on my pet. At the time I summon a pet he gets whatever con bonus I get from my gear and then after summoning I could switch to dex/int gear and he will get dex bonuses from it. Int has no effect on pet other then the spells he casts does get bonuses from my int since I am basically casting through him. True?

5) I am lvl 11 I think. Should I pull yellows or am I better off pulling OJ's? I found a basic list of mobs to farm from 10-50 I thought I would check out. Anyone got an idea of mobs to go after as a necro? I know mob resists are still messed up here so not sure if I should bother with the guide or just go after whatever mobs I can find in my lvl range.

6) I read that Sight for leveling is fine, but at 50 I should respect to Servant for best farming. True or false?

7) Any decent guides I could go off of considering how this server is different?

Thanks in advance?

I am far to be specialist in necromancer but I tried up one during this beta.

1) Is Sight the best solo build? I was reading a little and it seemed to be. Is Servant worth resepccing to if I had to happen to get a cleric to duo with me? is it good enough at low level for this or better at high level?
Sight is the way to go for solo exp. It's still long, in fact an average/good group make exp quicker. Forget about Servant without having cleric buff spe all the time with you (plus it needs be high level buffs, like having proc heal group etc).

2) How do I tell which spells will be cast by pet and which will be cast by me then instanced by pet? Right now I am just casting the power tap dmg spell 2-3 times until mob gets to pet then I spam the life steal until it is dead. Is this typically the pattern or am I missing something?
Honeslty I just spam powerdrain until the mobs is enough closer to spam the Lifedrain (from necro). Also I use QC as much as I can. The pattern is what you are already doing. Plus, in group exp, I use debuff ABS for tanks and power transfert.

3) If I do go servant do they have a focus shield like enchies or is it different? I have done focus pulling with my enchie many times but I hear Necro + Cleric are the best by far for this with Cabby + Cleric behind them.
Necro + cleric can be the best yes but it needs more conditions than cabalist + cleric and we are talking about characters level 50. Regarding pl / farm salvage with Servant spe, It looks quiet similar to this video.

4) So from my research I think I have it figured out that my necro's base stats have no effect on my pet. It's really messed up this part for me, maybe better ask in "Ask the Team".. I let you read this 1.65 Necromancer changes. This is suppose be this way if we stick to 1.65v. I would personaly go for these items 1) DEXT+INT 2) Bit of STR for weight 3) CON and HP 4) Melee resists.. something like that.
I just read this just some posts below :
Info: Necromancer Pet Stats
#1Per Developers gruenes_schaf and benfalk on 08/06/2018 in Discord on #beta-text
- Constitution and Hits from items and/or RAs transfer to pet at Summon Time
- Strength, Dexterity, Quickness, Resists from items and/or RAs transfer at Run Time (when they are needed/checked against)
- Intelligence does NOT transfer as Cast happens by the Necromancer for Damage Calc purposes
Just passing it along!

5) I am lvl 11 I think. Should I pull yellows or am I better off pulling OJ's? I found a basic list of mobs to farm from 10-50 I thought I would check out. I think yellow in frontier or df is the best way to go as solo necro. ofc if it's "undead" (weak against spirit) it's better. you can find some spots for necro here.

6) I read that Sight for leveling is fine, but at 50 I should respect to Servant for best farming. True or false?
With Servant and a buff bot with you then you should be able kill higher mobs (with focus + hot)/ or pack of mobs.

7) Any decent guides I could go off of considering how this server is different?
Interesting to read but maybe not accurate

2)
Spells that have a casting time are cast by the shade and insta on the pet.

3)
Not only is there a damage shield, but you also get a pbaoe that you get to use

5)
Once you get to level 20 you should follow the collection task progression here: http://playphoenix.wiki/collection-tasks-albion/
Not sure this will keep up the whole way to 50 but at least in the 20ies it is very fast with the collection. I found that gaining 1 full level farming 2 camps of mobs that give xp rewards will net 2 free levels. Turn in Phoenix eggs + collection tasks from 2 camps (you can only turn in 10 exp items from each camp) leveled me from 24 to 26 on my BD
