Mob Speeds

Are there any charmable mobs on this server that have a base speed that can keep up with a sprinting enemy? Asking as a minstrel.

I know there were back in the day... pretty sure bloodletter could. But they all seem to run at the same speed here.

Is this by design or can they be reported as bugs?
