do you spend point into MOA and Quickness? get 250 quick here is hard and I don't know how important is here to increase MOA.
After tireless, lw, purge and vanish1 I would like to increase viper but I need to lose Mop or Moa...
If u use Moa what level? 5? or less?

PS: My goal is to respec slash, and increase dot damage playing w/o stun to avoid envenom purge...
