Infi style change - Phoenix Freeshard

So considering the new style change what spec are you going?

50 critical and low DW? or still 50 DW and may be 34 cs and increase thrust or slash for the new combo?

from my first impression, I will change nothing

comp 50 stealth , env
comp 52 slash/thrust
50 DW
rest CS - (up CS as I progress)

the 50 DW with the bleed and % to swing chance is just to good to pass - although the 50CS style looks interesting.
have to test full CS spec

Dummys for reactionaries would be great .-)

50dw if u wanna crutch Shadows, but good players will punish you for doing that

If it stays like this then it does not matter if you are an Inf, a SB or NS. CS is the way to go.

Besides the high amount of damage, all stuns will be put into a 2part evade. CS gives you a side stun and a backstun. The sidestun(pincer) will also have a strong followup. With the live version PA will also deal more damage than it does now.

50 CS... for any assassin.
Everything you need is in CS... stuns, positionals, damage —everything else pales in comparison.
The 50 DW style is still good, but the amount of people trying to get positionals on you will be higher, making it difficult to land.

For the next leveling event, I was going to do an infiltrator. Would you suggest going Slash or Thrust or does it really matter if everyone is putting points into CS?

Second, early on what kind of setup should I strive for in terms of skills/RAs? Thanks so much.

I can't say that I have tested Inf yet, but seeing how CS goes for my NS and SB, I don't really think that everyone does or atleast should put points into CS.

I have both SB 50 LA, NS 50 CD now cause I find it better than CS. Only Ripper really shines out but you won't land that always and garotte isn't really a strong anytimer anymore which also lost 5% to hit. Looking how DW works with Dual Shadows having bleed and higher damage than the anytimers on NS/SB, 50 DW seems also a very good option. As for leveling low level doesn't matter that much but I would suggest at 29 going slash since Amethyst is a very early Anytimer which also has very good damage. With my Pala Amethyst did same damage as backstyles and did more than after Block styles. Only the followup did slightly more damage.
