How have they been in small man? I'm very interested in playing one even with the lack of speed. I have a friend rolling a minst and sorc so far. I would play a cleric, but I just dont like them.

Have the new ras helped or hurt them?

The short run down is both sided, for small man way better, holy staff is back style snare ra's- det, S/T, Veh Renew are all great options , for solo the dodger ra is gone(rip), ip is max 80% can still wreck with S/T and reflex.

Also spec heal casts faster and cost less mana. Melee heal proc buff, although minor could be nice little bonus.

I'm sure I'm missing some stuff, GL though.

You mentioned holy staff is a rear style snare, not the HoT proc like on live? Where do you find information on current Phoenix skills so you know what you are getting into before having to roll?

Does that mean Friar have their offensive heal proc back ?

Any opinions on reflex attack V (assuming you run slowest staff possible)?

Reflex attack on live was basically an unstyled attack with no to-hit bonuses, increasing the chances that you would be blocked, parried, or worst case evaded since many of the nastiest styles are based off evade.

friar got bent over..putting the heal proc in rejuv ..just another way of telling you..srry FoRCING you to spec your toon. Removing our best defensive ra..Dodger.. just another asshat move. Giving us det rofl. if that many skill pts to spec that hi in det i wudnt need..moron devs.

What RAs should a new friar be aiming for? I'm lvl 34 current with some RA points to spend from the battlegrounds.

Lw I
Tireless I
Purge II

Then you decide whether you wanna solo or group... or you like actives or passives..

Solo passives
MoPain
MoParry
(...Reflex attack,?? but may need testing whether it’s any good, get a 5.5spd staff & this should destroy dual weilders)
AugDex

Group Passives
Determination

Actives
Static Tempest
